Roof Painting

For painting preparation, areas are power washed or hand washed to remove dirt, mildew, grease, etc.  Roofs are cleaned with a high-pressure cleaner.   All loose paint is scraped; glossy areas are scuff-sanded, and gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion.

Exterior Residential

After repairing the areas, we prime them and apply premium quality paint with a brush or roller to achieve a uniform finish.  Inside, we move furntiture and accessories back to their desired locations and thoroughly vacuum and sweep floors and carpets.  Outside, we conduct daily clean-up and ensure a tidy space upon project completion.
