To prepare for painting, we power wash or hand wash the areas to effectively eliminate dirt, mildew, grease, and other contaminants. Additionally, roofs undergo a thorough cleaning using a high-pressure cleaner. We meticulously scrape off any loose paint, scuff-sand glossy surfaces, and apply caulk to seal gaps and prevent water intrusion.
Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish using a brush or roller. Clean up is done daily and upon completion of our work. Both inside and out, all of our materials are removed.
